Over the past 200,000 years of human history, there have long periods of stability, punctuated by moments of significant change. We are living through one of those seismic shifts in human history. This is driven by the Industrial Era 4.0.

Transformational changes are a challenge and we are all learning how best to make them a success.

I offer up my own transformational experience and ongoing observations. In addition, I interview folks who have interesting stories and have something relevant to offer on the topic.
