| What advice would you give to someone embarking upon a transformation? | Accept that perfection is not a realistic outcome. You will never be able to have enough data to make the perfect decision. Execute when you have 80% insight, but be prepared to course correct quickly as more data becomes available. Also remember that the journey never ends …. Transformation should become a continuous way of life! |
